The year is 2073, roughly 50 years since the plague started and the war ended.

Roughly 30 years since the fall of most nations.

Roughly 15 since the rise of the new nations.

In a world lacking technology, lacking medicine, and home to a plague that wiped out most of mankind, several new nations - former "micronations" in the time before - have risen up and taken over. They're trying to help, trying to rebuild what's left of humanity.

But it'll take more than a few hopefuls to stop an extermination.

And they've got a lot of work ahead of them.
